Refund policy

Please contact Bluebell Design by email within 14 days of the date of purchase in order to make a return. Please email bluebell.design.jewellery@gmail.com and state the reason for return and the item you will be returning.

Items must be in their original condition. If the item has been worn we cannot offer an exchange.

Refunds will be made for faulty goods only. For change of mind, only exchanges or store credit can be offered. Postage is not covered by Bluebell Design.

Returns must be made by Australian registered post (domestic) and registered post (international) with appropriate packaging. Bluebell Design will not be financially responsible for return shipping (other than for faulty items).

All sales are final after 14 days.
