INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  - All pieces are posted express with tracking, through Australia Post. The time frames can vary so much, however it generally takes 5-7 working days from the moment it has been lodged.

Shipping is currently available to selected international destinations. All international jewellery orders are sent using a tracked service. Availability, insurance and shipping cost may vary depending on the destination and value of the piece. Please contact Michelle before purchasing jewellery valued above A$5,000 so that the safest delivery option can be arranged.

SHIPPING TO THE US - Orders are sent via Australia Post Express with tracking. Delivery generally takes approximately 5–14 business days from dispatch.

US import duties, taxes and customs processing fees may apply to your order, regardless of value. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient unless they have been collected at checkout.

All shipping times will depend on whether pieces need resizing, or if I need to get them back from being on display interstate.

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds for change of mind but can offer a store credit of the same value or an exchange, once the item has been returned safely, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery only. Please read my Refund Policy.
